Shipping Information
Courier cost within New Zealand, Wairarapa $4.00, Lower North Island $7.00 Upper North Island $12.00 and South Island $14.00. All orders that are shipped attract a $3 handling fee. All items shipped will be wrapped in tissue for protection.
If you specify that it is OK for shop items to be left at your address even though no-one will be home (eg: please leave
at the back door) this must be at your own risk. If this applies please make a comment to authorise your courier to leave item(s)
without a signature when you are purchasing the product to indemnify both your courier and Prologo against any claim
for the loss or damage relating to any item so left.
Your order will be dispatched normally within 2 days of receiving payment for your order and you will receive an email to confirm
that your order has been dispatched. Please contact us if your order has not arrived within 4 or 5 days of receipt of
this email. We process all orders as quickly as we can and will let you know if there is any unexpected delay.
